Hi, I heard the latest food trend is with bone broth. It's been around for a long time (especially in chinese medicine). Does anyone know what properties it has?
HI. The properties are plentiful! You get a lot of minerals (cal, mag, etc) in high amounts, the marrow is filled with Omega-3- an anti-inflammatory amongst other things, the gelatin and cartilage are also a good anti-inflammatory and assist in hair, nails, and cartilage developmeent. Probably most importantly is the repair it does on the digestive tract and support for the immune system.
